Scotiabank has the right to exclude any person from this offer, at its discretion, without justification. Scotiabank issues the Scotiabank/AAdvantage® card. Visa Debit ATM Deposits, withdrawals or bill payments are not legitimate transactions. Visa service fees, annual membership fees, interest charges and account credits/adjustment transactions are not legitimate transactions. To qualify for this action, all new credit and debit cards must be open and active and not be late in payment within the last twelve months of the action. New cardholders who qualify for this promotion will receive the rewards mentioned above based on the date the new account was booked in the Scotiabank system as follows: New Scotiabank VISA credit card holders will receive ballots during the acquisition transaction period as soon as their new credit card account has been opened and they have completed at least one transaction. Only Scotiabank Visa and Visa credit cards are eligible for this action. Scotiabanks Scotiabanks Scotiabank MasterCard credit cards are not eligible for this action. This action is open to legal residents of Jamaica, the Bahamas, the Cayman Islands and Trinidad who are 18 years of age or older and who have an eligible visa visa debit card, with the exception of employees of the Bank, their respective parent companies (The Bank of Nova Scotia group and Bank of Nova Scotia) and subsidiaries; direct family members (spouses, parents, children, siblings and their respective spouses) and/or those who live in the same household of one of these members.
