Temporary Employment Agreement Form

This contract, dated the day _____ of ___ in 20______ is concluded between [name of company] and [name of staff] of [City, Land]. This document constitutes a contract of employment between these two parties and is subject to the laws of [state or district]. This is the agreement between Sears Hometown and Outlet Stores, Inc. (”SHO”) and you (this ”Agreement”) for you to work as an employee of SHO entitled ”Interim Chief Financial Officer” for the six-month period from June 1, 2017 to November 30, 2017 (this six-month period, the ”Term”). In this position, you can report to Will Powell, Ceo and President of SHO. At the end of the period, your employment relationship with SHO ends. I understand that I am compensated as a temporary worker and that my working time should not exceed the weekly working time. My engagement may be interrupted at any time due to a lack of money, program termination, the return of a permanent full-time employee to service, or for some other reason, at the discretion of the South Carolina Department of Operations and Special Needs (DDSN).
